Biography

JAMES W. RANDALL (Jim), born August 15, 1947, in Connersville, IN. He entered the USB on September 22, 1966. Military duty stations include: base security at Little Creek AMPHIB, VA; Engineman A School, Great Lakes, IL; PBR School, Vallejo, CA; Vietnamese Language School, Coronado, CA; SERE Training. Warner Springs, CA; River Section 544, Nha Be, Vietnam; Operation Sling Shot, attached to USS Harnett County; Vietnam 1968-69; USS Sioux (ATF-75) NOB San Diego, CA, 1969-1970.

His memorable experience was taking PBR up Saigon River for a memorable day at Saigon Zoo. He was discharged June 9, 1970 as EN3. His awards include the National Defense Service Medal, RVN Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with one Bronze Star, Purple Heart w/A, Bronze Star w/V, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry and Combat Action Ribbon.

He has worked at ABB (formerly Westinghouse) transfer plant for the pas 27 years. He has two daughters, Lori and Shawn; three sons, Richi, Jim and Jeff; and one grandson, Christopher. He and Gloria were married on June 30, 1990. They enjoy attending Union Chapel Ministries and a weekly Bible Study on end of time Bible prophecy. He looks forward to the return of Jesus Christ.
